Instructions
1: Layer the Dressing: Pour the honey balsamic vinegar dressing into the bottom of a mason jar. This prevents the veggies from becoming soggy by keeping the dressing separate until you're ready to eat.
2: Add Crunchy Chopped Veggies: Layer the sliced cucumbers, chopped bell peppers, and thinly sliced red onions on top of the dressing. Starting with the crunchiest veggies first helps maintain their crispness.
3: Add Protein: Next, add the chopped mediterranean chicken skewers to the jar.
