Air Fried Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spray the mahi mahi fillets lightly with avocado oil.
  • Season both sides of the fillets with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned mahi mahi fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the fish is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve the crispy air fryer mahi mahi hot with steamed broccoli and a dollop of homemade tartar sauce on the side.
