Air Fryer Skinless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Start by patting your chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. This step helps remove excess moisture from the chicken, allowing it to crisp up beautifully in the air fryer.
  • In a small bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Mix these seasonings well to create a harmonious spice mixture.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  • Before we start cooking, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Air Frying Magic
  • Once your air fryer is preheated, carefully place the seasoned chicken thighs into the air fryer basket. Be sure not to overcrowd the basket to allow proper air circulation. If needed, cook the chicken in batches.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the chicken thighs for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. Keep in mind that air fryers can vary in cooking times, so always keep an eye on your chicken.
  • To ensure that your chicken is cooked to perfection and safe to eat, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Once your chicken thighs are beautifully golden and have reached the desired internal temperature, remove them from the air fryer. Let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
