of blueberries
Half of a frozen banana

of almond milk
or your preferred nut milk

scoop of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Gather 1 cup of blueberries, half a frozen banana, 12 ounces of almond milk, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until everything is creamy and well mixed.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
