Make delicious dairy-free ranch dressing at home using simple ingredients like avocado mayo, coconut milk, lemon juice, and herbs. Creamy, tangy, and perfect for salads or dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dairy-free mayo I used avocado mayo
  • 1/2 cup of full-fat coconut milk
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the dairy-free mayo, full-fat coconut milk, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, onion powder, and garlic cloves.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
