Made with a blend of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and herbs, it's the perfect dressing when you're in an Italian mood!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil consider a blend of extra virgin and regular, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic approximately 2 cloves
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
  • 2. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • 3. For optimal flavor infusion, refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • 4. Prior to use, give the dressing a quick whisk to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
