- 2/3 cup olive oil consider a blend of extra virgin and regular, if desired
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic approximately 2 cloves
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
2. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
