Ingredients

  • 1 cup of your favorite oat milk You can substitute any non-dairy milk. Think -coconut milk, almond milk – the options are endless!
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds those tiny powerhouses of nutrition
  • 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup ready to infuse that hint of natural sweetness (and feel free to adjust according to your taste preferences)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract the secret ingredient that adds a touch of aromatic magic

Instructions

  • Combine your ingredients in a Mason jar or any container with a secure lid.
  • Seal your container and give it a spirited shake to ensure all the ingredients come together harmoniously.
  • Let the mixture rest for a mere 5 minutes. Then, give it another gentle shake to prevent any clumping.
  • Place your container in the refrigerator overnight (or atleast a few hours). Allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
