Palmini Spaghetti

Weight Loss doesn't need to be complicated and the meals that you eat do not have to have tons of ingredients and take a lot of time to put together. In fact, one of my favorite meals for weight loss is only four ingredients and it's a staple in our house.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Ground Meat - Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Dairy Free Vodka Sauce - Primal Kitchen
  • 1 Package Palmini Noodles

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ground Meat - Place your chosen ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat. As it begins to sizzle, sprinkle your Italian seasoning generously over the meat. Cook until the meat is browned and thoroughly cooked, ensuring it's nicely seasoned throughout. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 2: Sauce it Up - Once your meat is cooked to perfection, it's time to add that delectable dairy-free vodka sauce. Pour the entire jar into the skillet, and let it simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Step 3: Palmini Noodles - While your sauce is simmering, it's noodle time! Boil the Palmini noodles for about 10 minutes to soften them up a bit. After boiling, drain the noodles thoroughly to remove excess water.
  • Step 4: Bring it All Together - Now, let's unite the flavors. Mix the cooked veggie noodles with the simmering sauce in the skillet. Make sure they're coated evenly for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Step 5: Serve and Savor - Plate your Four-Ingredient Veggie Noodle Pasta, and it's ready to enjoy! Garnish with fresh basil or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan for an extra burst of flavor, if desired.
