Weight Loss doesn’t need to be complicated

The meals that you eat do not have to have tons of ingredients and take a lot of time to put together.

To start, gather these four essential components:

1. Ground Meat (1 pound): For a lean option, you can choose between ground beef or ground turkey. This recipe is versatile, and you can even mix them for a delightful flavor blend.

2. Italian Seasoning: Elevate the taste of your meat by generously seasoning it with your favorite Italian seasoning.

3. Dairy-Free Vodka Sauce (1 jar): I adore the creamy goodness of dairy-free vodka sauce from Primal Kitchen. It adds richness and depth to our pasta while keeping it light.

Instructions:

Step 2: Sauce it Up

Once your meat is cooked to perfection, it’s time to add that delectable dairy-free vodka sauce. Pour the entire jar into the skillet, and let it simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.

Step 3: Veggie Noodles

While your sauce is simmering, it’s noodle time! Boil the Palmini noodles for about 10 minutes to soften them up a bit. After boiling, drain the noodles thoroughly to remove excess water.

Step 4: Bring it All Together

Now, let’s unite the flavors. Mix the cooked veggie noodles with the simmering sauce in the skillet. Make sure they’re coated evenly for maximum flavor infusion.
