Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Lets transform a 1-pound ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces of heaven, infused with the flavors of garlic and butter, all with the help of our trusty air fryer. This can feed a crowd and also it is so versatile, you can stick it on a salad, a sweet potato bowl or with a healthy side like these Air Fryer Garlic Green Beans!

Marinade

Let’s start by preparing the foundation for our steak bites’ flavor. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a hint of rosemary. These simple yet potent ingredients will serve as the marinade for our ribeye steak cubes. 

Trim any excess fat from your ribeye steak and then cut it into 1-inch cubes. Place these succulent cubes into the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Now, allow the steak to soak up those flavors for about 30 minutes.

Air Fryer

While our steak is getting marinated, it’s time to preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Once your air fryer is ready, arrange the marinated steak cubes in a single layer within the air fryer basket. This step is crucial to ensure even cooking and that delightful crust we all crave. Let them sizzle away for 5 to 6 minutes, remembering to flip the cubes halfway through the cooking process. The result? Steak bites that are golden on the outside, tender on the inside! Garlic Butter

In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over gentle heat. Once the butter has achieved a golden hue, add in 3 tablespoons of minced garlic. Sauté the garlic until it’s fragrant and has taken on a golden tint.

Finishing Touch

Transfer the perfectly cooked steak bites to a bowl, and pour the melted garlic butter over the steak bites, ensuring they’re coated.

To add a burst of color and freshness to our dish, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites. Serve with a suggested method below or with your favorite meal accompaniments.
