BCX is a 100-day program designed to help you build confidence and a balanced lifestyle through intentional habits.     PHASE 1

    Build

    You’ll start focusing on building a strong foundation by stacking small, intentional habits every 10 days. You’ll start with drinking water, followed by personal development, moving your body, meditation, and following a meal plan. These habits are designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life, helping you create a sustainable routine step-by-step.

    Phase 2

    Consistency

    You’ll shift your focus to maintaining the habits you built in Phase 1 while adding two powerful new steps: unplugging each evening at 6 PM and cutting out late-night snacking after dinner. This phase challenges you to stay consistent and solidify your progress, proving to yourself that you can stick with habits for the long term.
