Quick & Easy Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Lunch

Today, I’m here to share a little secret with you – the only time you’re gonna see me making fancy meals is on a holiday, if we have guests, or if I just feel like cooking up a storm. But guess what? That doesn’t mean we can’t whip up something delicious and satisfying! I’ve got a super simple recipe that’s perfect for those days when you want to keep things easy and breezy – Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps!

Now, before we dive in, let me share with you that – I’ve successfully shed 100 pounds, and I’m all about keeping things simple, easy, and healthy. So, this recipe is not only tasty but also goal friendly!

Ingredients

All from Costco

– Mediterranean chicken skewers

– Caesar salad kit

– A bit of lemon juice

– Almond flour tortillas

Instructions

1. First things first, grab those Mediterranean chicken skewers. The convenience factor here is through the roof – just pop them in the oven or on the grill until they’re perfectly cooked. Costco, you’ve truly outdone yourself with these!

2. While the chicken is sizzling away, let’s talk about our salad. No, we’re not making the whole thing from scratch; ain’t nobody got time for that! Grab your Caesar salad kit – you guessed it, from Costco. We’re all about keeping it hassle-free. Give those crispy greens and Caesar dressing a little toss in a bowl.

3. Now, for a little twist to elevate the flavors, add a dash of fresh lemon juice to your salad. It’s like a little sunshine in your bowl, trust me!

4. By now, your Mediterranean chicken skewers should be done. Give them a rough chop, and let’s get ready to assemble our wraps.

5. Grab those almond flour tortillas – again, shoutout to Costco for hooking us up with these low-carb beauties. Heat them up on a skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds until they’re nice and toasty.

6. Lay your warm tortilla flat and spoon on some of that Caesar salad goodness, about half should do the trick.

7. Now, it’s time for the star of the show – those juicy, flavorful, Mediterranean chicken pieces. Pile ’em on top of your salad, and make sure you’re generous because this is where the magic happens!

8. Fold up your tortilla, tuck in the sides, and voilà! You’ve just crafted a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap that’ll have your taste buds dancing with joy.

And there you have it – a meal that’s so easy to make, you’ll wonder why you ever bothered with complicated recipes. Thanks to Costco, you can have all the convenience without sacrificing flavor. I hope you enjoy making and devouring these Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps as much as I do. Here’s to keeping it simple, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying. Until next time, happy eating! 🌯🥗🎉
