GET THE ESSENTIALS

First things first, grab the Mediterranean Chicken Skewers from Costco! The convenience factor here is through the roof – just pop them in the oven or on the grill until they’re perfectly cooked. Costco, you’ve truly outdone yourself with these!

And for the salad, no, we’re not making the whole thing from scratch; ain’t nobody got time for that! Grab your Caesar Salad Kit – also from Costco.

I love these Siete Almond Flour Tortillas – again, shoutout to Costco for hooking us up with these low-carb beauties.

Like a spicy wrap? I got you…

  • Blackened Cajun seasoning: Sprinkle some Cajun seasoning on your cooked chicken before assembling the wrap
  • Red pepper flakes: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Caesar dressing or directly onto the chicken for a touch of heat.
  • Sriracha sauce: Drizzle a bit of Sriracha sauce over the Caesar salad or chicken for an extra punch of flavor.
  • Jalapeños: Slice some fresh jalapeños and add them to the wrap for a spicy crunch.
  • Spicy pickles: Add thinly sliced spicy pickles for an extra layer of heat and tanginess.
