75 HARD PROGRAM
I never had any intention to do 75 Hard. I actually said no to a few of my friends on separate occasions. I didn’t need a challenge to prove I was mentally tough. But after one of our couple friends completed it together, Dave told me he was going to start with or without me. I wanted to support Dave and I knew it would be fun to do together so I said yes.
