MY ADVICE

STOP TRYING TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. FOCUS ON ADDING 3 NEW HABITS THAT WILL NATURALLY LEAD YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT.

  1. START DRINKING WATER.

    1. Work up to drinking 1 gallon of water a day. So set small goals like first drinking 8 ounces of water per day if that is your starting point. Or start at 60 ounces of water per day then go to 64 ounces of water per day and then bump up to 90 ounces of water per day.

  2. WALK EVERY SINGLE DAY.

    1. If you are not used to moving your body every single day, start small. Start with 10-15 minutes of walking per day. Try building up to 30-45 minutes per day.

  3. DINNER AND DONE!

    1. Dinner and done, find other fun! The creator of the nutrition program 2B Mindset, Ilana Muhlstein, swears by this saying. Instead of late night binge eating, find something else you can do at night where you are moving your hands. The reason I say “moving your hands” is becuase for me, I found that late night eating I was just looking for something to do. So now I play with my kids Play Dough or I even took up knitting. Doing something with my hands gets my mind off having food late at night. This saying really made a difference in my weight loss!
