What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss
I’m down 85 pounds and working to lose the last 15 after baby number four. I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas of different meals that you can try while you’re on your weight loss journey.
- For breakfast I had celery juice and pre-workout for my run.

- For breakfast, I made a High-Protein Egg White Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
- Lunch was I had a bowl of Pumpkin Chili, which is so delicious
- Since I was busy running the kids around to all their after-school activities today, I stopped at Salad & Go for a Chicken Caesar Salad for dinner.
