What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss
I’ve lost 100 pounds without counting calories points or macros and I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas of different meals that you can try while you’re on your weight loss journey.
- For breakfast I had celery juice and a waffle. I made my pre-workout for the road to hitting the gym right after I dropped my kids off at school.
- After my workout, I had a post-workout protein shake.
- For lunch, I made a Chicken Chopped Salad with romaine lettuce, snap peas, avocado, corn, tomatoes, chicken, and Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing that I made from scratch, which is so good.
- For an afternoon pick-me-up, I have been loving the Pique Nandaka, which is a functional mushroom coffee alternative. It is so good. It’s very earthy and creamy, kind of spicy. It is delicious. I have it every single day.
- Since I had my lunch pretty late in the afternoon, I wasn’t actually hungry for dinner, but I knew if I skipped it completely, I would be way too hungry during bedtime and tempted to late night snack. So instead, I opted for a Cookie Dough Ninja Creami, which I made with a plant -based protein shake and a midday square.
And I mean, who doesn’t love dessert for dinner anyway?
