What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss
I’ve lost 100 pounds without counting calories points or macros and I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas of different meals that you can try while you’re on your weight loss journey.
- Started my day off with drinking LMNT electrolytes. I aim to drink a gallon of water every day and in my first 40 ounces.
- I made a couple of scrambled eggs with salsa + I drink my pre-workout.
- After my workout I made a superfood smoothie – with a banana, almond milk and my favorite supplements.
- Lunch was a southwest salad kit + chopped chicken over an almond flour tortilla for a simple Southwest Salad Chicken Wrap.
- Dinner I had Thai Peanut Chicken Lettuce Cups, if you’ve not tried this Peanut Sauce yet you are missing out, it is the best!
