What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss

I’ve lost 100 pounds without counting calories points or macros and I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas of different meals that you can try while you’re on your weight loss journey.

  • Pre-workout before I exercised. Then a post-workout recovery shake, plus Mary Ruth’s Vitamins (use code: MRONATASHA)
  • For breakfast I had Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats, and it was so good.
  • Lunch was a Taylor Farms Organic Chopped Kale Caesar Salad kit, topped with crisy air fried Real Good Chicken. I love this chicken because it’s gluten free and it tastes good on everything.
  • As an afternoon pick me up, I made my current favorite drink, which is Pique’s Iced Nandaka, it is a coffee alternative made with functional mushrooms. It’s super earthy and delicious.
  • For dinner, we had Kevin’s Broccoli Beef Stir fry, with baked cauliflower rice, because when you bake your cauliflower rice, it’s not as mushy.
