What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss
I lost 100 pounds without counting calories points or macros and I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas. I always start my day off with water first, then I had my pre-workout & post-workout recovery shake. After that I had Chia Pudding with Mango Puree, a new recipe I just added inspired by our Bora Bora trip! For lunch I made an Italian Chopped Salad with homemade creamy Italian Herb Dressing which is so good! Then since tonight was hectic with kids activities for dinner I had a salad kit + meatballs to go with it!
