What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss
I’m down 85 pounds and working to lose the last 15 after baby number four. I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to help give you some ideas of different meals that you can try while you’re on your weight loss journey.
- For breakfast I had celery juice and a waffle, plus pre-workout for my run.

- Lunch was leftover Classic Chili (made with half turkey, half beef) and a side of Smashed Brussles Sprouts.
- In the afternoon, I had Pique Nandaka, a functional mushroom coffee alternative for a pick me up.
- Dinner was the Viral Tiktok Ramen but with Shirataki adding scrambled eggs for extra protein.
- For a sweet treat I had a healthier for you Butterfinger Bite!
