What I Eat In A Day For Weight Loss

I lost 100 pounds without counting calories, points or macros, and I love sharing with you what I eat in a day to hopefully give you some inspiration around your weight loss journey.

  • I always start my morning with 40 ounces of electrolytes, and I aim to drink about a gallon of water throughout the day.
  • Right now, I’m training for a half marathon, and I can’t run on an empty stomach, so I started my morning with a gluten free toaster waffle and pre-workout. After my run I had a vegan chocolate protein shake.
  • Breakfast was old fashioned oats, which I cooked with almond milk, cinnamon, chopped pecans and a little bit of maple syrup.
  • For lunch, I had an Italian Chopped Salad, with this creamy Italian Herb Dressing that’s also dairy free…it is so good!
  • For dinner I had Mini Meatloaves with Air Fried Green Beans.
